Lanstar is primarily a telecom vendor for Avaya phone systems. We are business partners and authorized resellers of both platforms, and work heavily with these solutions everyday for our customers. Aside from consulting, selling, and installing business phone systems Lanstar can also provide high-level support and maintenance for your phone system as well. Yes we do! However, as we are only Avaya-certified we would not be able to support or provide maintenance to your system if it's on a different platform than these. We get many contracts from customers moving over from their old telecom company, or who are looking for an alternative phone system solution to what they currently have. We will get you taken care of.
We do this all of the time, and we have many resources and options available to help you save more money each month on your phone/internet service. We personally offer our own SIP trunking service as well, which could help cut your costs down to half of what you might be paying now. Ask us how!
